Received this hitch promptly without any damage. Other than the weldnuts on my 2007 Santa Fe being somewhat corroded (and thus difficult to start the fasteners), the hitch lined up well and no modifications were necessary. The hitch looks good installed. If you have a floor jack, this really helps hold the hitch in position while you're installing the bolts.

Product is well made and well finished. Reasonably easy to install. Did it by myself, but would recommend two people because of the weight - would have been simple then. On a 2009 Hyundai Sante Fe did not have to make any adjustments to heat shield or other to complete install. 4-bolts is all it takes. If you can hold a wrench, you can do this. Saved a bunch vs going to dealership or other retailer.

I started looking online for a used hitch to keep my cost down and found this one a lot cheaper. The installation was so much easier than any other hitch I have installed. The online video was very helpful and the hint about stapping the tailpipes made it go smoother. I like the clearance for the spare tire; something you won't see in the one-size-fits-all hitches. It was a perfect fit and is very nice looking. I would recommend to anyone.
